5.2 Bulk Feed Content

Each Bulk Feed comprises:

  1. Exactly one file describing Musical Works, created in accordance with Clause 6.4;

  2. Exactly one file providing alternative titles for such Musical Works, created in accordance with Clause 6.5;

  3. Exactly one file providing proprietary identifiers for Musical Works, created in accordance with Clause 6.6;

  4. Exactly one file describing Parties who have an interest in such Musical Works (such as Publishers and Writers), created in accordance with Clause 6.7;

  5. Exactly one file describing Right Shares for such Musical Works, created in accordance with Clause 6.8;

  6. Exactly one file describing Sound Recordings in which such Musical Works are embodied (or for unclaimed Right Shares for which no Musical Works have been identified), created in accordance with Clause 6.9;

  7. Exactly one file providing alternative titles for such Sound Recordings, created in accordance with Clause 6.10;

  8. Exactly one file providing proprietary identifiers for such Sound Recordings, created in accordance with Clause 6.11;

  9. Exactly one file describing Releases containing such Sound Recordings, created in accordance with Clause 6.12;

  10. Exactly one file providing proprietary identifiers for such Releases, created in accordance with Clause 6.13;

  11. Exactly one file providing links between such Sound Recordings and the Musical Works embodied in the Sound Recordings, created in accordance with Clause 6.14; and

  12. Exactly one file providing information about usages for which (some) Right Shares have not yet been claimed, created in accordance with Clause 6.15.

Some files in a Feed may be empty, for example, when no Sound Recordings are to be communicated.
