6.12 Release File

The releases file shall be called releases.tsv and be referenced in the Manifest's TableType as “Releases”. It shall contain none, one or more data Records as follows:

The Feed provider's proprietary identifier of the Release. This is the primary key of the database table for Releases (see Figure 2).

An ICPN used as proxy for identification of the Release. Only applicable when the Release is an abstraction of a complete PhysicalProduct. An ICPN comprises 12 or 13 digits, depending whether it is an EAN (13) or a UPC (12).
