6.7 Parties File

The writers and publishers file shall be called parties.tsv and be referenced in the Manifest's TableType as “Parties”. It shall contain none, one or more data Records as follows:

For persons, this normally corresponds to the "family name" or names, which in Western name forms usually comes as a surname at the end of a FullName, and in Asian name forms often at the beginning of a FullName.

A Flag indicating whether the Feed provider has information that the Party may not be reachable (=true) via the provided contact information (ContactEmail, ContactPhoneContactAddress) or whether they are believed to be contactable (=false).

This Flag may only be provided if contact information is provided. If this Flag is omitted, the Feed provider has no reason to believe that the Party is not reachable via the contact information provided.
